Technical & Connectivity Intern (M/F/D)

at the Kia Italia in Milan, Italy

The Technical & Connectivity Intern will participate in the tech departmental activities. S/he will have access to the technical car documentation provided by the manufacturer and to new product training courses, having the opportunity to build technical know-how and to have a clear vision of after sales customer experience journey.

Your Mission:

  • Identify critical repairs and escalate to Technical Support Team with all the detailed information to manage the case with HQ or the factory.

  • Strictly cooperate with the AS team, and take part at technical team meeting.

  • Produce analysis about technical more frequent issues.

  • Collect documentation useful to produce quality improvement reports.

  • Provide support for Kia Diagnosis tester 

  • Manage Kia Connect System issues 

  • Provide support to tech team in managing technical Dealers requests, by consulting technical documentation.


Your Talents:

  • Good communication and listening skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.) and related studies.

  • Italian: mother tongue or fluent

  • English: fluent, spoken and written

  • Good numbers literacy and understanding

  • MS-office proficient

  • Goal-oriented approach

  • Team working, communication, reliability and organizational skills with curious attitude


The paid internship will last six months, renewable for another six. Meal vouchers are also provided.
