The Sales Promotion Intern will work within the Sales Promotion team, supporting the Sales Promotion Manager to implement incentive programs and monitor related performances and budget absorption.
S/he will also support the Promotion Administration Team’s objective to ensure the timely and accurate execution of dealer incentive programs.

Support the team on financial and operational analysis of incentive programs;
Support the team on competitor commercial incentive analysis & benchmark;
Support the team Execute day to day administration of Dealers’ incentive compensation for all Sales Channels;
Support the team to provide accurate and timely specific reporting to Sales Management.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economic, engineering or related fields.
English: fluent, spoken and written
Good numbers literacy and understanding
Tableau knowledge is a plus
Team working, communication, public speaking, reliability and organizational skills with good negotiation ability
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to details, a good ability to communicate effectively with others and strong analytical and technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources and to write formulas to summarize data.
The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another nine. Meal vouchers are also provided.
