Sales Intern - Used Cars, Remarketing & RV Business (All Genders Welcome)

The Sales Intern will join the Used Cars Team within the Sales & Mobility Solutions Department, reporting to the Used Cars Business Development Manager and supporting the business in all activities related to Used Car, Remarketing, Residual Values and Rent-a-Car. The intern will support day-to-day activities linked to mentioned areas of business, contributing to operational execution, data accuracy, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

In particular, the role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to key remarketing pillars such as planning, pricing, defleeting processes, sales process support, reporting, and handling internal/external requests, working closely with the team and relevant interfaces.


Your Mission:


1) Remarketing Operations & Defleeting Support

  • Support the operational flow of used cars remarketing activities, including planning and defleeting-related tasks, tracking timelines and assisting in the collection of required information/documentation.

  • Support the management of the process for RAC and Company Cars transitioning into used car stock (e.g., helping monitor contractual timelines and collecting information on damages when required).

2) Data Management, Forecasting & Performance Reporting

  • Support daily databases maintenance, upgrades and updates for remarketing/used cars data (ensuring data accuracy and consistency and automation).

  • Support regular forecasts and recurrent reporting for Used Cars and Company Cars (e.g., preparing draft reports, checking data coherence).

  • Support monthly used cars reporting(e.g., sales, stock, warranties, auctions, turnover), including data preparation and consolidation.

3) Residual Values & Pricing (Support Activities)

  • Support activities related to monitor of Residual Values trends, mainly through data preparation, checks, and documentation support.

  • Support the team in collecting and organizing inputs related to Residual Value sand internal/external materials preparation (as applicable).

4) Suppliers, Sales Process & Administrative Support

  • Support the interface with external suppliers involved in remarketing activities (e.g., tracking requests, collecting updates, organizing information).

  • Support used car order approval flow activities and operational steps in internal/suppliers’ systems (e.g., helping with tracking, documentation, and process follow-up).

  • Support administrative/operational tasks linked to used car sales processes (e.g., documents collection, logistics coordination support, invoicing support, payment requests when needed).

  • Support monthly activities related to suppliers’ invoices(e.g., preparation of supporting documents and follow-up).

5) Network Support, Requests & Issue Handling

  • Support the collection and management of dealers’ and customers’ requests/claims, assisting in gathering information and drafting responses for the team’s validation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues within the team to support resolution of operational issues linked to remarketing activities (within an intern scope).

Your Talents:

  • Master’s degree in economics or equivalent (completed or in progress)

  • Italian and English fluent

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint but also Word).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with different functions.
