The Parts & Accessories Specialist plays a key role in supporting both the operational and strategic management of the automotive parts business. This position is responsible for sales trend analysis, reporting, and coordination with Finance and Field teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, flexibility, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate collaboration across departments and with dealers.

Planning & Forecasting 

  • Lead the forecasting process for Parts & Accessories sales to meet assigned targets, aligned with overall strategy, and update it according to business requests 

  • Prepare periodic reports for internal teams, Finance, and the parts provider (Mobis) 

  • Define individual dealer objectives based on assigned overall targets and support the Field team with performance analysis and communication 

 Sales Closing Process 

  • Manage the monthly sales closing process 

  • Prepare and update reports for Finance, Management, Field, Dealers, and European HQ (KEU) 

  • Availability during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing periods 

 Sales Analysis 

  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 

  • Develop action plans at both national and dealer level, to be shared with commercial planning teams and the Field team 

  • Support the Parts & Accessories Manager in Pricing Analysis 

 Reporting 

  • Prepare daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports covering the entire parts business 

  • Improve current manual reporting, supporting new AI projects 

  • Monitor national and dealer-level performance 


Your Talents:

  • University degree, pref. Economics or Engineering fields

  • 3+ years in the automotive industry, preferably in After Sales or commercial roles

  • MS-office proficient (Excel especially)

  • English: fluent, spoken and written 

  • Italian: good knowledge, spoken and written 

  • Strong in sales data analysis, forecasting, and closing processes

  • Advanced Excel and BI skills, with exposure to AI tools

  • Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional teams
