The Mobility Solutions Assistant Manager (MSAM) is responsible of developing and improving mid-term rental project (subscriptions) in accordance with KIA vision and plans.
By gaining the collaboration of all the involved parties, the MSAM delivers effective projects able to meet Customer’s & Dealers needs.
S/he is proactive in seeking new ideas, suggestions and solutions (even out of automotive industry) to define and improve the value proposition of the projects. The MSAM is keen in managing projects and stakeholders (e.g. KIT, KE, third parties) with high precision and autonomy and is target oriented and precise to meet deadlines, achieve targets and all the expected milestones.
Your Mission:
The MSAM ensures that new projects are developed on schedule and that the related platforms are properly administered and maintained.
Proposes strategies to boost the subscription channel supporting new car sales with great focus on electrification mix.
For Car subscriptions project, he/she:
Analyses the market to deliver a complete benchmark study
Takes care of the relationship with external parties to promote the business and improve sales results
Ensures that the entire process from order to delivery is properly managed on time
Evaluates sales trends and propose initiatives to recover any gap to achieve targets
Ensures that the website is regularly updated with the most attractive offer
Gives support to Dealers in case of need
Supports the definition of the Marketing plan to improve awareness and achieve target
Supports the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and Customer Experience
Your Talents:
Degree in Economics/ Engineering
5 years of experience in the automotive industry, leasing/rental experience nice to have
Good communication & negotiation skills
Project management
Target oriented, priority & time management
IT systems management
MS office proficient
Fluent English
The ideal candidate is comfortable in working in cross cultural environment and s/he shows a desire to improve the status quo with a positive “can do” attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive market.
Strongly goal-oriented, s/he has team working, communication, public speaking, reliability and organizational skills with good negotiation ability.
