We are currently looking for a Cross Car Line Deputy Manager in Milan.

Reporting to the Product Planning Manager, the Cross Car Line Deputy Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all the non-model specific product work-streams. These include market trend analysis and forecast, market research, future trends, responsibility of the homologation process (national/European) and internal system integration.

S/He will work in team with the Cross Car line Specialist supervising all reporting activities and pricing processes flows (both internal as internal).

S/He will manage relationships with external suppliers, and OEM National unions providing acting as liaison among public sectors and Kia.

S/He will be in charge of the development of Connectivity topics, studying the market and best practices, collaborating with external players and reporting data coming from Vehicles and managing relationships with HQ.


Main responsibilities:

Cross Car Line Deputy Manager main responsibilities are:

  • Market Analysis and Market Demand Forecast
  • Internal Analysis as Mix Analysis and Offer/Contract Analysis
  • Market consumer research responsible
  • Pricing Management and Maintenance on SAP and tools
  • Dept. Budget Management
  • Cross Carline projects as of LPG
  • Homologation Management (in collaboration with Consultant) and development from scrap to WVTA issue of Phase 2 Homologations.
  • Quotation tool and Car Configurator management


Education & Experience:

Degree in business administration or Engineering

At least 4 years’ experience in automotive industry.

 

Requirements/Skills:

Italian fluent

English fluent

MS-office proficient

Problem solving and Analytical skills

Homologation experience will be considered a plus

Communication/Public speaking skills

Good negotiation ability.
