Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist (All genders welcome)

The Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist, reporting to the Finance Senior Manager, will be working on the business plan process, including periodical forecasts, operating plan, variance analysis, closing reports, managerial reporting, and special projects.

S/he will support the Finance Senior Manager in analysis on incentives forecasting and spending, but also price analysis.

Your Responsibilities:

You will work in the Planning & Analysis team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, working closely with colleagues across Finance.

The role focuses mainly on Used Cars, Rent a Car, incentives and new car price analysis, in collaboration with the Remarketing, Product and Incentive teams.

In particular, you will:

  • Analyse sales incentives, supporting the Finance Senior Manager with accurate data, reconciliations and variance analysis, and working closely with the Incentive team to support management decisions

  • Manage forecasting and closing activities for new car pricing, monitoring costs and accruals regularly

  • Contribute to the Business Plan, Financial Forecast and Operating Plan, with a focus on Used Cars, Rent a Car business and Incentives

  • Prepare and submit reports to Headquarters (European and Korean), including business planning, forecasts and monthly results

  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and explain variances versus forecast and budget

  • Support presentations and explanations of monthly results, forecasts and business plans to the Finance Director and CFO

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, supporting new projects and sales programs

Through these activities, you will actively contribute to improving the company’s overall profitability.


Your Talents:

  • University degree in accounting/economics/finance or equivalent field

  • 2-3 years of experience in the automotive field or industries with productive sites as a controller or data analyst

  • MS-office proficient

  • English: fluent, spoken and written 

  • Italian: good knowledge, spoken and written 

  • Familiarity with computerised accounting software

  • General understanding of accounting processes and procedures

  • Excellent communicator and listener

  • Good organisational skills

  • Analytical approach
