Demand Planning Assistant Manager (M/F/D)

The Demand Planning Assistant Manager will report to the Volume Planning & Field Support Manager and will be part of the Business Planning department.

S/he will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment between volume plans and demand plans and will be responsible for coordinating and executing supply chain strategies, with a focus on procurement planning for our dealer network, ensuring product availability to meet Kia's objectives, collaborating closely and effectively with the key teams involved in the ordering process.


Your Mission: 

  • Collaborate with the Volume Planning & Field Support Manager to develop and implement effective supply chain plans.

  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure timely supply to the dealer network.

  • Utilize expertise in demand forecasting and analysis to enhance planning accuracy.

  • Foster strong relationships with European Headquarter to guarantee a seamless flow of needed cars.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align planning strategies with business objectives.

  • Assess risks and opportunities in production and collaborate with other teams to provide clear guidance on potential impacts and possible solution.

Your Talents:

  • University degree

  • Proven experience in demand planning within the automotive industry (3-4 years)

  • Italian: fluent, spoken and written

  • English: fluent, spoken and written

  • MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external customer.

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

S/he has also a proactive approach, an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a collaborative work attitude.


Contractual grade: First Level CCNL or above.
