Dealer Network Development Assistant Manager (M/F/D)

The Dealer Network Development Assistant Manager oversees Network Analysis statement and legal Documents implementation. She/He analyzes territorial Sales performance analysis through the management of geomarketing tool and related updates needed.

She/He coordinates and develops OEM and Network Contract agreement, including the implementation of automotive regulations and Standard Audit performance compliance and measurement to ensure efficient relationship. She/He implements appointment process supporting the definition of the start-up phase.


Your Mission: 


The Dealer Network Assistant Manager will focus on the following areas:

Geomarketing:

  • Management of Monthly Market date update of geomarketing tool

  • Management of Supplier relationship to customization of geomarketing tool (Performance Reports, Service Capacity)

  • Management of Audit System to monitor Network Standard

Network:

  • Management of Network Database of the whole Kia Network

  • Collection and meeting with all applicants to represent Kia Network

  • Management of Qualitative Margin and monthly analysis for compliance measuring

  • Monthly Reporting meetings for Headquarter.

Standard:

  • Support of field force for territorial performance analysis

Legal:

  • Management of the whole process of KIA and Network contract agreement

  • Management of VBER 720-2022 and related rules implementation and updates


Your Talents:

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • University degree in Economics or similar

  • Italian: fluent, spoken and written

  • English: fluent, spoken and written

  • MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills

  • Strong analysis and planning skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

The ideal candidate is accurate, reliable and target oriented, willing to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment. S/he has strong analytical skills and attention to details. S/he has also a proactive approach and a problem-solving attitude.
